The KCenters will be open by reservation with gauges at 50% of their maximum capacity, and a Click and Collect service facilitating the borrowing of works will be reinstated.
The Library (Sophia) and La Fusée (Lille) will remain open during the confinement period with adjusted schedules and new operating rules.
- Working at the KCenter:
The Library (Sophia) and La Fusée (Lille) are open from 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday.
Reserving a place remains mandatory via the Affluences mobile application to be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play or on the website (https://affluences.com/).
Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.
You must present yourself at the Media Library / La Fusée with the exemption certificate issued by the Student Office.
- Borrowing a book:
For any loan from the Library / La Fusée, we set up the Click and Collect (only for documents that do not exist in digital version in our databases).
Please, send a message to email@example.com with the reference of the book (title, author, date of publication, ISBN that you will find on https://kcenter.skema.edu), the date and time of the removal at the reception of the Library/La Fusée (during opening hours).
For book returns, please, also send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the date and time of return to the reception of the Library / La Fusée (between 9am and 1pm from Monday to Friday).
Outside of opening hours, please return and pick up the books at the Lille or Sophia SKEMA reception desk.
This measure is only for students who are up to date with their 2020/2021 registration.
KCenter Paris: please inform us of your arrival the week before and bring the certificate issued by the Student Office to work or to borrow.
